Abstract

The main objectives of this bachelor thesis is application of process approach at regional headquarters police of Moravian Silesian region. In the theoretical part the nature of the process approach, the basic requirements and procedure of organization in the implementation of the process approach to practice are characterized and tools and methods which are used for process approach implementation are defined. The practical part is focused to the introduction of the Regional Headquarters of Moravian Silesian Region, clarifying management system and history. Furthermore, the proposal of the process approach application in terms of the organization, which is implemented with using the methods and tools of quality management. On the concrete example of the process tools of quality management are used with aim to identify nonconformities and to reduce the risk of nonconformities.
