Zmapování a rozbor obchodních zakázek ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The master thesis deals with business orders in the manufacturing company. The primary task of the thesis is to carry out a mapping and analysis of these contracts, including the identification and assessment of risks. As part of an effort to reduce their severity, the thesis also presents specific solutions. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a general characterization of the problem under study. Its subject is to acquaint the readers with the basic concepts in the field of company evaluation, analysis of the enterprise and its processes, risk management, but also with the methods used for these purposes. In the methodological part, an analysis of the current state of the company is made, which points out the current position in relation to the corporate objectives. Subsequently, an analysis of business contracts is carried out and mapped through network analysis, the evaluation of which identified potential risks associated with the management of business contracts. These risks are then evaluated using 2 methods, which include the development of improvement proposals leading to the reduction of risks associated with the execution of business orders.
