Abstract
This Master thesis deals with the design of a Load Valve for mobile service tests of hydraulic pumps. The introduction contains theoretical information about flow control, using throttle valves, two-way flow regulator and three-way flow regulator. Part of the thesis includes theory about proportional control technology and their constructions. The main part is then the design of measuring device using the AxisPro Load Valve from Eaton corporation. The thesis presents the design of a hydraulic block for open or close circuit of the measuring device, design of the service case including accessories and also the programming of the control system for the Load Valve using programming language CoDeSys.
