Hotel s kuchyní – vytápění a větrání

Abstract

Predmetom mojej diplomovej práce je vypracovať projekt hotela s kuchyňou, pre realizáciu stavby a návrh vykurovania a vetrania. Preto sa moja práca skladá z dvoch častí – stavebná časť a časť TZB (technické zariadenia budov). Prvá stavebná časť sa zaoberá vhodným návrhom stavebných konštrukcií pre splnenie tepelno-izolačných požiadaviek príslušných noriem. Druhá časť sa zaoberá návrhom vykurovania a vetrania hotela. Hlavným cieľom mojej práce bolo navrhnúť architektonicky zaujímavý hotel s efektívnym vykurovacím a vzduchotechnickým systémom vzhľadom k súčasnému stavu cien energií a palív. Ako zdroj tepla som zvolil kaskádu plynových kondenzačných kotol v spolupráci so so solárnymi panelmi. Vykurovací systém je navrhnutý z vykurovacích telies. Vetranie hotela zabezpečujú celkovo tri vzduchotechnické jednotky, ktoré zabezpečujú optimálnu výmenu vzduchu v jednotlivých hotelových izbách, chodbách, lobby, reštaurácií a v kuchyni. Hygienické zariadenia typu WC a kúpeľne sú odvetrávané samostatným systémom potrubných ventilátorov s optimálnou reguláciou Teoretická časť sa zaoberá prúdením vzduchu priestoroch vetraných kuchýň a celkovo teóriou vetrania kuchýň.

The subject of my master's thesis is to design a project of a hotel with kitchen, for the building and design of heating and ventilation. For that reason, my thesis is composed of two parts - the constructional part and the part of building services. The first part deals with an appropriate proposal of building structures to meet the thermal insulation requirements of the relevant standards. The second part deals with the proposal for the heating and ventilation of the object. The priority of my thesis was to design architecturally interesting hotel with kitchen with effective heating and ventilation system in consideration of actual condition of energies and fuels. I choose a cascade of condensing boilers, as the main source of heating co-operate with solar panels. The heating system is designed as heating radiators. The ventilation provides three ventilation units, which ones provides an optimal air exchange in each hotel rooms, hall, lobby, restauration and in the kitchen. Types of hygienic devices, like WC and bathrooms, have ventilation system with individual pipeline ventilators with an optimal regulation. A theoretical part deals with air convection in spaces of ventilated kitchens and at all, theory of ventilation for kitchens.
