Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with design and solidity check of machine for soil sorting. There are defined physical properties of the sorted material – soil in the introduction. This is followed by comparison of available sorting machines and the suitable one is chosen. Next section describes choice of drive types and choice of their position with respect to the sorting machine. Operation parameters are set base on the professional literature. Suitable sieve is chosen from the comparison of particular sieve types. Design of weights and springs is based on the chosen parameters. Following section is describing design of the frame, where are designed dimensions and drive of the riddle, shape and dimensions of the hopper, dimensions and type of control for slide and dimensions of the frame itself. There are done check calculations of the chosen parts. Drawing of the machine and production drawing of the peg are part of the diploma thesis.
