Abstract
This thesis deals with sale representative’s motivation in the pharmaceutical company. Using a questionnaire I have gathered information about factors causing dissatisfaction of sale representatives and leading to demotivation. With regards of theoretic findings about trends in the employee’s motivation I have suggested measures, which would eliminate dissatisfaction and enable the incentives better answer their purpose.
