| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o motivaci obchodních zástupců ve farmaceutické společnosti. Prostřednictvím dotazníku jsem měla možnost získat informace o faktorech způsobujících nespokojenost a vedoucích k demotivaci. S ohledem na teoretické poznatky o trendech v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců jsem navrhla opatření, která sníží nespokojenost a umožní, aby stimulační nástroje lépe plnily svůj účel. | cs |

Using a questionnaire I have gathered information about factors causing dissatisfaction of sale representatives and leading to demotivation. With regards of theoretic findings about trends in the employee’s motivation I have suggested measures, which would eliminate dissatisfaction and enable the incentives better answer their purpose. | en |
