Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with guestions of aluminium material division through the use of circular saw. Next chapters show the characteristics of machine used for aluminium material division technology, work difficulty processing and initiation sequential operations before using a semiproduct for the machine tool. Based on the work difficulty of making semiproduct for machine tool this thesis proposes new way of material division technology through the use of the same machine tool with using new incisal tool and with creating new incisal conditions. Space is also given to technological and economical evaluation of both solutions.
