Testy keramických řezných nástrojů TaeguTec na materiálu C45 na simulátoru přerušovaného řezu

Abstract

Bachelor work deals with the testing of ceramic cutting tools at interrupted cut settings by turning. First part of bachelor work is conecentrates on meeting with ceramic cutting tools. Second part, we devote itself to measurement. Ceramic cutting tools AW20 and AB30 were supplied by Taegutec. Were tested at two cutting speeds (408 m•min-1 a 580 m•min-1) and four feeds (0,15 mm; 0,2 mm; 0,25 mm; 0,3 mm). Depth of cut was set at 1 mm. The test was performed on C45 (ČSN 12 050) material. The object of test was determine whether the plates are suitable for working with interrupted cut. If the plate withstand 6000 shocks has been assessed as successful, and testing was completed.
