Vibrační diagnostika turboexhaustorů na aglomeraci.

Abstract

Goal of this work is to point to diagnostics of machines with state observation of vibrations as very flexible tool for technical diafnostics, which is possible apply to wide scale of machinery. In practical part, I showed description of few faults of individual parts of sets, which can occur on a given machine. These faults are possible timely detect with observing of vibrations, and také timely corrective actions, which prevents accidental machine failures. During creation of my work occured fault of release bearing alignment wedges under houses on diagnosed device, which i made description of indivial steps with vibrodiagnostics, which led to localization of fault and subsequent corrective action.
