Malá vodní elektrárna

Abstract

This thesis deals with hydropower in our country, designing small hydro and evaluation at the end of the project. In the research part I focused mainly types of water turbines which are used in the energy sector. In the practical part I dealt with the site Ostrava-Svinov, watercourse Odra. From the hydrological data I have designed a turbine for small hydropower station and in the end I made the energetic, economic and environmental assessment of small hydropower plants.
