Kompletace expedice hotových výrobků ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá poslední fází výrobního procesu, konkrétně expedicí ve strojírenské společnosti Shape Steel, a.s. Primárním úkolem této práce je zanalyzovat, posoudit a navrhnout řešení vyskytujících se problémů v procesu expedice, s jehož funkcí není společnost spokojena. V úvodu je uvedena obecná charakteristika zvolené problematiky, představení společnosti a vytýčen problém, týkající se procesu expedice, s kterým se společnost potýká. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů z oblasti manipulace s materiálem, skladování a dopravy a koresponduje s obsahem praktické části. V praktické části je zpracována analýza současného stavu společnosti, která poukazuje na aktuální pozici společnosti vzhledem k jejímu záměru a stav expedičního procesu. Následně jsou identifikovány problémy, stanoveny cíle a provedeny návrhy řešení příslušných změn. Cílem této diplomové práce, je na základě identifikovaných problémů, navrhnout optimalizaci expedičního procesu, a to i s ohledem na celý proces realizace obchodních zakázek

The master thesis deals with the last phase of the production process, specifically the expedition in the engineering company Shape Steel, a.s. The primary task of this work is to analyze, assess and propose solutions to problems in the expedition process, with the function of which the company is not satisfied. The introduction presents a general description of the chosen issue, an introduction to the company and the problem outlined that is related to the expedition process that the company is facing. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying concepts in the field of material handling, storage and transport and corresponds to the content of the practical part. In the practical part is processed an analysis of the current state of the company, which points to the current position of the company with respect to its intention and the state of the shipping process. Subsequently, problems are identified, goals are set and proposals for solutions to the relevant changes are made. The aim of this master thesis is, based on the identified problems, to propose the optimization of the dispatch process, even with regard to the whole process of implementation of business orders.
