Abstract

This Master thesis focuses on studying the influence of tenside reactant substances on anti-corrosive characteristics of paint systems. The theoretical part examines the characteristics of organic coating, defects, which are forming in organic agents, characteristics of tensides and general tensid agents. The experimental part is based on the theoretical part. The practical part consists of various types of tests of adhesion and coating mass resistance. Two coating masses on alkyd and acrylic resin base are compared; these are water-soluble coating masses, in which anticorrosion pigment of zinc phosphate with admixture of tensid substances was added. In every section, results and evaluations of experimental tests can be found, which are presented in table forms. According to the grid test, high adhesion to the surface of underlying coating of the value 0 and anticorrosive immunity in salt fog environment in a corrosive chamber for a duration of 480 hours was achieved on the test samples coating substances with added tensid substances, which approximately corresponds to a resistance for 6 ½ years. The thickness of the applied coating was 60µm after drying; this layer would ensure corrosion protection.
