Aplikace elektrolytického leštění vnitřních konturových ploch

Abstract

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the application of electrolytic polishing on internal contoured surfaces. The introduction provides a brief description of the problem being solved and a characterization of the individual chapters. The first two chapters, which are interconnected, describe the issues related to electrolytic polishing depending on the additively manufactured component. The third chapter deals with electrolytic polishing in a dry electrolyte. Based on the theoretical part of the thesis, three methods of mechanical surface processing were selected. The purpose of mechanical processing was to increase the efficiency of electrolytic polishing in a dry electrolyte. The results of the first part of the experiment lead to the choice of an optimal procedure for reducing the roughness of internal contoured surfaces. The selected procedure was subsequently applied to designated samples containing a cooling section.
