Návrh využití tepla z výměníku před absorbérem odsíření v Elektrárně Dětmarovice

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with possibilities of utilization of heat generated during cooling of flue gas at the entrance to desulphurization unit. At the beginning a mapping of the current concept with the possibility of modification of the exchanger to increase the life of both the desulphurization line and the heat recovery source has been made. It deals with the degradation of the current exchanger, the measured values of the substances generated in the absorber and the technical-economic evaluation. At the second stage, the heat exchanger has been calculated and possible suggestions for the placement of the heat in the block cycle or heating at the start of the power plant change the flue gas path from the chimney to the cooling towers. The attachment is a drawing documentation of a possible design of a new heat exchanger.
