Abstract

This thesis deals thesis investigates evaluation of welded joints steel P24, measurement hardness HV10 and evaluation of the macrostructure and microstructure of the weld joint. The introduction describes the P24 steel, steel properties, chemical composition and mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel. Furthermore, the theoretical part is followed creep properties of P24. An important point is the weldability of steels P24 and welded joints steel P24 In addition to the steel is given structure welded joints and temperature regimes welding. The experimental part provides measurement hardness HV10 and drawing the results of the measurements in the diagram. Continues evaluation of the macrostructure and microstructure in each image with description. In the final part of this work is a discussion of the results obtained and the evaluation of the measurements of hardness, microstructure and macrostructure.
