Identifikace konkurenčního prostředí podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací konkurenčního prostředí geodetického podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kde v první části jsou objasněny teoretické podklady, které jsou následně uplatněny v praktické části. K identifikaci konkurenčního prostředí byly použity metody PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, dále finanční analýza a na závěr SWOT analýza. Použitými technikami bylo zjištěno konkurenční prostředí firmy, včetně silných a slabých stránek podniku.

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of the competitive environment of a geodetic enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part clarifies the theoretical documents, which are subsequently applied in the practical part. PEST analysis methods, porter's model of five competitive forces, financial analysis and swot analysis were used to identify the competitive environment. The techniques used identified the competitive environment of the company, including the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
