Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Evaluation of employees motivation and satisfaction" is to evaluate the current state of incentive program used by Municipal authorities in Louny and survey of job satisfaction of employees by means of a questionnaire survey. The first chapter is devoted to the presentation of the organization and information about conditions of officials in public administration. The second chapter, which is part of the theoretical part, describes the basic concepts of motivation, motivation theory, benefits of incentive programs and job satisfaction. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part evaluates the current state of incentive program in the organization. The second part is an analysis of marketing survey of employee satisfaction of the Municipality of Louny. Based on the results there are outlined measures that could lead to improvement of the incentive program and increase of job satisfaction of employees.
