Analýza plynulých převodovek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou plynulých převodovek. V úvodu jsou uvedeny obecné informace o automobilce Tatra a jejich nákladních automobilech. Další částí je popis hnacího ústrojí nákladních automobilů a následuje rešerše o plynulých převodovkách. Dále práce pokračuje analýzou využití hydromechanických převodovek u nákladních automobilů Tatra. V praktické části je proveden návrh planetového převodu, který je zkontrolován pevnostními výpočty. Návrh geometrie ozubení je proveden v programu vyvinutý společností Tatra Trucks a.s., který je ověřen analytickým výpočtem. V závěru je zkontrolován unášeč satelitů metodou konečných prvků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the continuously variable gearboxes. The introduction gives general information about Tatra and its trucks. The next part is about the power train of trucks and follows a search about continuously variable gearboxes. The bachelor thesis continues with the analysis of the use of hydromechanical gearboxes by Tatra trucks. In the practical part, the design of the planetary gearbox, is done and checked by the calculation. Gear geometry design is done in a program developed by Tatra Trucks a.s., which is checked by the analytic calculation. In the end, the planet carrier is checked by finite element method.
