Návrh nové technologie výroby nábojů zápustkovým kováním

Abstract

The master thesis is concerned with die forging technology to be used in hub manufacturing process. The change of production process was aimed at reducing production cost and thus reducing the final price. The introductory part describes the current and the newly developed production process. Subsequently, a simulation was conducted in order to assess the feasibility of the process. The results of the simulation verified the possibility of trouble-free forging and applicability of the proposed process conditions. The achieved cost savings are detailed in the final chapter.
