Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the control and maintenance of welding jigs for welding robots used in the manufacturing process by BORCAD cz Ltd. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part is focused on systems of maintenance, advantages and disadvantages of each system in terms of demand and costs of entry into operation. Also describes systems and methods of technical diagnostics used in maintenance.
The practical part focuses on specific welding jig, I analyse individual points (fasteners), strength analysis of these elements in the stress of maximum clamping force, state the measurement of temperature increase of quick couplers after welding process and suggest optimal system of maintenance and inspection of welding products usable in operation.
