Lidský faktor v pracovním procesu podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce posuzuje a hodnotí význam lidského faktoru z pohledu možné chyby při organizaci a výkonu pracovní činnosti ve společnosti MND Drilling & Services, a.s., poukazuje na nedostatky při řešení dané problematiky či pochybení a navrhuje změny, jež by snížily vliv tohoto faktoru. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretická východiska a faktory ovlivňující lidský faktor v jakékoliv společnosti. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu aktuálního stavu ve firmě, získaných poznatků a analýzu rizik.

This bachelor thesis assesses and evaluates the importance of human factor in terms of possible errors in the organization and performance of the work in MND Drilling & Services, a.s., indicates shortcomings found in resolving the issue or omissions and propose changes, which would reduce the influence of this factor. The theoretical part includes theoretical solutions and factors affecting the human factor in any company. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in the company, acquired knowledge and risk analysis.
