Rozšíření nástroje Scrumalyze o integraci s JIRA a podporu plánování agilních procesů

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on extending the Scrumalyze tool, developed at the Department of Computer Science, to include user support for planning and managing SCRUM processes. The primary objective was to design and implement a system extension enabling the import of real-world data from the Atlassian JIRA platform and providing a comprehensive environment for SCRUM methodology management. The solution is built on a three-tier architecture, utilizing React.js for the presentation layer and ASP.NET Core for the application logic. Key features include an integration module for processing CSV exports, management of products, teams, and sprints, and visualization tools such as BurnDown charts and product roadmaps. The result of this thesis is the evolution of a theoretical academic prototype into a full-fledged software tool ready for deployment in a real-world production environment. The core contribution lies in the successful integration of JIRA data with an internal diagnostic model, which, combined with new team and product management features, ensures holistic support for agile management in practice. The implemented solution effectively connects technical development records with in-depth diagnostic tools, establishing a foundation for further development. The system architecture is designed to accommodate future integrations, such as the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
