Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the Motion Control System Planning and Project Management at ITS BENDA s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current state of identified weaknesses in the organization. As a solution procedure is proposed supply management to the stage signing contracts with customer and then procedures of production and assembly. To improve the competitiveness of the company are proposed certain measures. The next step is described the methodological principle of the implement a process to the management. The overall assessment is given the overall importance of the proposed solution and its benefits.
