Automatizovaná montáž koncovek hydraulických hadic

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh automatizované jednotky pro montáž koncovek hydraulických hadic. V úvodu bakalářské práce je popsána konstrukce hydraulických hadic a analýza současného stavu ruční a automatizované montáže. Z tří navržených konstrukčních návrhů byla vybrána optimální varianta automatické montážní jednotky. Tato varianta byla zpracována v CAD systému Creo 2. Vybrané prvky stroje byly podrobeny technickými výpočty s využitím simulací na webových portálech výrobců standardních dílů. Zařízení bylo doplněno výkresovou dokumentací, 3D modelem, animací montážního procesu, ekonomickým zhodnocením a katalogovými listy standardních dílů. V závěru práce byl navržen možný řídicí systém a bezpečnostní prvky stroje.

The target of this batchelor thesis is to design an automated unit for the assembly of hydraulic hoses endings. In the beginning of the thesis is described the construction of hydraulic hoses and the analyses of current status of both manual and automative assembly. An optimal option of automated assembly unit was chosen out of three cunstructional proposals. This option was elaborated in CAD system Creo 2. Some selected components were put through some technical calculations using some webside simulations of manufacturers of standard parts. The device was supplemented with a drawing documentation, 3D models, assembly process animation, economic evaluation and the catalogue sheets of standard parts. The conclusion of this thesis deals with a proposal of a possible control system and of some safety parts of the machine.
