Abstract
My master thesis is focused on industrial steam turbine with power output 50 MW. The introduction presents history of Doosan Škoda Power company. Theoretical part of thesis is about steam turbines, their distribution and cooperating in RC cycle. The last chapter of theoretical part is focused on different ways of increasing thermal efficiency of this cycle. The partical part is consisted of heat cycles design with reheating and without steam reheating, comparision with steam consumption and cycle thermal efficiency. In the next chapter I described the changes of electric power and thermal efficiency depended on different input parameters. At the end of my thesis I designed the axial welded output body to water- cooled condenser.
