Abstract

Subject of my thesis is „ Proposal for Machining Technology of Thread Motion Matrix with Using CNC Machine Tools“ . Thesis deals with appropriate choice of machine units and tools for the purpose of production diversion from traditional machine units to numerical operated machine centers. Prolegomenom contents of thesis is machining of the components with using CNC machine units question. In the main body of thesis is described reliability performance of the component in the machine equipment, analysis of the existing production technology, including analysis of machines and tools. Futher is in the thesis described proposal of new production technology, electing of the machining proces on the CNC machine center, description of used tools including. Closing part of the thesis compare and evaluate executed experiment of the Thread Motion Matrix production process.
