Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing system of remuneration of the firm, to assess its functionality and efficiency in terms of employee motivation, and propose recommendations and possible changes within the system. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the issues of remuneration, motivation of labor negotiations and to explore job satisfaction using quantitative research. Analytical studies are part of the motivational tools that are set in a particular company and employee perceptions. Employees' opinions are collected by questionnaire survey of satisfaction. Each area of research has been evaluated positively to neutral. The conclusion includes recommendations for changes and additions in areas such as non-monetary compensation, employee benefits and employment assessments in order to increase the motivation of employees.
