Problematika identifikace a skladování osobních věcí a zavazadel při hromadném neštěstí

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how personal belongings and luggage are identified and stored during a mass disaster. The work consists of eight chapters, in which the topic is gradually analyzed. The first part is fairly theoretical and it discusses the DVI teams in the world. Afterwards, it also focuses on the DVI Team of the Czech Republic. The next part presents all legal documents that describe the topic. The thesis also contains information about the practical disaster assistance in Studénka, on 8 August, 2008. In the following part, the proposal of the possible effective procedure for the identification and storage of personal belongings and luggage during mass disasters is outlined.
