dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou identifikace a skladování osobních věcí a zavazadel při hromadném neštěstí. Práce je tvořena osmi kapitolami, ve kterých je postupně daná problematika rozepsána. První část práce je spíše teoretická, pojednává o DVI týmech ve světě, poté také o DVI týmu České republiky. Dále jsou zde rozepsány veškeré zákonné podklady, které danou problematiku popisují. Práce také obsahuje informace o praktickém postupu při zásahu u neštěstí ve Studénce 8. 8. 2008. V další části práce je nastíněn návrh možného postupu řešení identifikace a skladování osobních věcí a zavazadel při hromadném neštěstí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to investigate how personal belongings and luggage are identified and stored during a mass disaster. The work consists of eight chapters, in which the topic is gradually analyzed. The first part is fairly theoretical and it discusses the DVI teams in the world. Afterwards, it also focuses on the DVI Team of the Czech Republic. The next part presents all legal documents that describe the topic. The thesis also contains information about the practical disaster assistance in Studénka, on 8 August, 2008. In the following part, the proposal of the possible effective procedure for the identification and storage of personal belongings and luggage during mass disasters is outlined.en
