Optimalizace procesu vychystávání a expedice hotových výrobků

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu společnosti Koyo Bearings Česká republika s.r.o. Cílem je optimalizace skladových prostor společnosti, včetně skladových procesů, především v oblasti expedičního skladu. Tyto změny povedou k rychlejším a méně chybovým dodávkám zboží k zákazníkům se zajištěním větší kontroly nad skladem. Cílem je také zvýšit kapacitu expedičního skladu. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou logistiky. Praktická část je věnována analýze a následným optimalizacím expedičního skladu společnosti. Závěrečným bodem je vyhodnocení přínosu.

The content of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current state of the company Koyo Bearings Česká republika s.r.o. The goal is to optimize the warehouse premises, including warehouse processes, mainly the export part of the warehouse. These changes are going to lead to faster expeditions to the customer, with less error while insuring better control over the warehouse. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis addresses logistics issues. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis I deal with an analysis and then optimalization of an expedition part of the company. The last point of the thesis is an evaluation of the contribution.
