Hodnotenie výkonnosti podniku prostredníctvom systému BSC

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je komplexné zhodnotenie výkonnosti podniku a návrh strategických cieľov, meradiel a akcií podľa metodiky Balanced Scorecard. Podnik je hodnotený z pohľadu štyroch oblastí: finančnej, zákazníckej perspektívy, perspektív interných procesov, učenia sa a rastu. Pred praktickým spracovaním BSC je uskutočnená finančná analýza prostredníctvom vybraných pomerových ukazovateľov a bonitných modelov. Následne sú jednotlivé perspektívy popísané a je stanovený návrh na aplikáciu metódy Balanced Scorecard v konkrétnom podniku.

The goal of this thesis is a comprehensive assessment of business performance and design of strategic objectives, instruments and actions under the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The company is rated from the perspective of four areas: financial, customer perspective, internal process perspective, learning and growth. Before theoretical processing of BSC, financial analysis is made by selected ratios and credible models. Then, the individual perspectives are described and the new proposal of applications of BSC is set in the company.
