Abstract
The work deals with competitiveness on the pet supplies market, describe selected pet shops, customer on the pet supplies market, macro environments and factors, which influence business activity. The aim of this work is to analyze competitiveness selected pet shops. The analysis methods are Mystery Shopping and Benchmarking of web pages. The method of Mystery Shopping investigates the visual appearance of the pet shops, assortment and shop personnel. With Benchmarking of web pages I evaluate information on the web page, graphic design, technical and functional layout and I evaluate web pages from marketing standpoint. In the analytic part I make comparison of pet shops and web pages.
