Srovnání kvality fitness center v Ostravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a srovnání kvality služeb na trhu fitness center v Ostravě. Pro tuto studii byla zvolena tři ostravská zařízení reprezentující různé tržní segmenty – komerční centrum FIT PARK, privátní Liok's Power Gym a na bojové sporty specializovaný Gym Hub Ostrava – s cílem zhodnotit úroveň jejich služeb, spokojenost klientů a konkurenceschopnost. Práce obsahuje teorii popisující historický vývoj fitness, účinky pravidelného tréninku, marketing sportovních služeb a rozdělení fitness center. Dále obsahuje praktickou část zaměřenou na hodnocení vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, jejíž konkrétní postup je doplněn o výzkumnou část včetně dotazníkového šetření, PEST analýzy a analýzy konkurence. Dosažené výsledky práce poukazují na to, že ostravský trh je silně segmentovaný a preference klientů se výrazně liší v závislosti na typu navštěvovaného zařízení. Zároveň byly v práci u zkoumaných subjektů identifikovány specifické slabé stránky. Na základě těchto slabin byla navržena konkrétní doporučení pro budoucí zlepšení.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of service quality in the fitness center market in Ostrava. For this study, three facilities in Ostrava representing different market segments were selected—the commercial center FIT PARK, the private Liok's Power Gym, and the martial arts-specialized Gym Hub Ostrava—with the aim of evaluating the level of their services, client satisfaction, and competitiveness. The thesis contains a theoretical part describing the historical development of fitness, the effects of regular training, sports services marketing, and the classification of fitness centers. Furthermore, it includes a practical part focused on evaluating the external and internal environment, supported by a research section that includes a questionnaire survey, PEST analysis, and competitor analysis. The results indicate that the market in Ostrava is highly segmented, and client preferences differ significantly depending on the type of facility visited. At the same time, specific weaknesses were identified in the examined subjects. Based on these weaknesses, specific recommendations for future improvement were proposed.
