The bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of manufacturing process in TES Vsetín s.r.o. company. The main objective of this thesis is aplication 5S method and made diary method for increase of quality, safety, ergonomy of manufacturing ABB poles. This thesis will have general charakteristic, analysis of the current state, suggesting better manufacturing process and devote to evaluate the benefits.
