Návrh nové technologie opracování statoru elektromotoru ve firmě Siemens, s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis is about new design of processing of stators for Siemens, s.r.o. company. I chose this company because of its long experience in making of electric motors and it is one of the biggest suppliers in this area. The introduction is about current status of making stators. Two present technologies are thorougly discussed and compared. Next is my design of two new technologies for stator producton. These two technologies are discussed and there is highlighted their workflow and benefits. In the end of my thesis is technical-economic evaluation, where are new technologies compared to the old ones, and one is chosen. Based on analyses, i want to design technology, which can be implemented to provide cheaper and faster production and bigger productivity at making of stators and entire electric motors at Siemens, s.r.o. company.
