Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the properties of copper composite coatings that are excreted from pyrophosphate baths. The theoretical part describes the principles of electroplating, types of plating equipment and bath preparation before the process itself. Subsequently, the work is devoted to the issue of electrolytic copper and composite coatings. In the experimental part, the work deals with the properties of copper composite coating and comparison with the basic copper coating.
