Predikce technického stavu stěžejních součástí systému a identifikace problémů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the technical state of the machines Maplan, Desma and comparing with the Rep machine at SumiRiko AVS Czech s.r.o. Drnovice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the state of the above-mentioned machines using technical diagnostic methods and to determine recommendations for future operation. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the oil medium and evaluates the parameters of the lubricant and its degradation by means of tribodiagnostic analyzes. In addition, an experiment with a heat-resistant oil is performed to show how its status changes over time. Vibration signals are analyzed by vibro-diagnostics. Based on results and subsequent evaluation, appropriate recommendations will be selected.
