Pojezd divadelního tahu s brzdou

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom pojazdu pre divadelný tah. Praktická cast rieši náhradu súčasného pevného ukotvenia za uchytenie s možnosťou priamočiareho horizontálneho posuvu. Dráha môže byt vytvorená pomocou troch rôznych rozmerových skupín profilov IPE. Podla požiadavky je konštrukcia závesu flexibilne navrhnutá pre dráhu. Súčasťou pojazdu je automatická brzda zabraňujúca samovoľnému pohybu v stave pokoja. Brzdnú silu zaisťuje vhodne navrhnutá pružina. Z dôvodu eliminácie konštrukčného zásahu do divadelného ťahu je spojenie pôvodných prvkov s novovytvoreným návrhom realizované pomocou strmeňov.

My bachelor work deals with propositions for the travel for a theatre pulling. Practical part solves replacement of present drive fit for sliding fit with the possibility of straight horizontal motion. Three kinds of profile IPE can be used in technology for a crab runway. According to requirements the construction of suspension is devised for a crab runway variable. Automatic brake, that averts spontaneous motion in quiescent condition, is part of the travel. The brake force is activated by a choice string. Because of elimination of interference on theatre pulling, the join of original elements with newly-formed solution is realized by clevises.
