Abstract

The first part summarizes the findings from the literature. Kaizen philosophy will be explained, the methods that are used to support continuous improvement and achieving, Six Sigma Strategy, process improvement and team improvement. Further work is focused on employees and their motivation. In the second part analyzes the situation of the company CS Cabot s.r.o., describes the processes and procedures that are applied. Objective of this thesis was to find out where the company has shortcomings and focus on their removal.
