Konstrukční řešení prototypových nástrojů tisknutých z písku na 3D tiskárnách

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the development of prototype instruments of acoustic parts. In the introduction the available 3D printing technologies and their possibilities are comparable. Based on the comparison of individual types, the Binder Jetting method is selected a 3D printing method based on the principle of application of individual layers of sand of connected terms. The properties of this printed structure are verified by Modelarna Liaz Liberec, depending on their experience and requirements for Autoneum Hnatnice Tooling. Based on the printing of test specimens, the predetermined properties of the resulting printed parts are verified. At the end of the work is a comparison of production alternatives of production prototype tools. The master thesis includes materials for the production of a designed prototype tool with a cooling circuit.
