Posouzení stavu motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Assessment of the Current State of Employee Motivation in a Selected Company operating in the food retail sector. The aim is to evaluate the current level of employee motivation, identify the factors that influence it, and propose measures that could improve both motivation and overall job satisfaction. To achieve this, the thesis uses methods such as a survey, an employee interview, analysis of internal documents, and methods of synthesis and deduction. The results indicate that the main motivational factors include financial compensation, development opportunities, the working environment, and communication with management. Certain shortcomings were also identified, such as a lack of feedback and an imbalance between work and personal life. Based on these findings, specific recommendations are proposed to enhance employee motivation.
