Tvorba upínacích přípravků pro EMCO PC MILL 155 při využití CAD/CAM systému EdgeCAM

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with creating fixture in the CAD / CAM systems. In the first part contains an overview of concepts of production with CNC machines and related computer-integrated manufacturing. Furthermore, it shows the current status of implementation fixture in CAM, there are analyzed the advantages and pitfalls of various methods of implementation. The practical part describes the CAD / CAM design engineer and vice clamps, including creation, modification and application. The result is to create two files byte by byte used to verify the accuracy of NC-programs in the EdgeCAM system. The last part is devoted to additions to the practical application of the clamps for the specified machine EMCO PC MILL 155 and a new clamp design sollution proposal.
