Vliv podmínek vytvrzování polymerní nátěrové hmoty na výslednou kvalitu povlaku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá, problémem vzniku ‚‚bílých map‘‘. Úvod práce je věnován zasvěcení do problematiky tohoto problému. Rešeršní část práce se zabývá popisem výroby plastových výstřiků, technickým materiálům využitých v této práci a popisu strojů, nástrojů a zkoušek. Dále je uveden popis a fungování lakovací linky v Rychvaldském závodu firmy Omnium Plastic, spolu s údaji dodanými výrobcem ke zpracování a výsledným vlastnostem laku. V další kapitole je popis praktické části práce, kde jsou popsány a vysvětleny tři provedené testy, které měly za úkol zjistit příčinu vady. V poslední části práce se nachází shrnutí a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the emergence of ‚‚white maps‘‘. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the introduction to the problem. The research part of the thesis deals with the description of the production of plastic sprues, the technical materials used in this work and the description of machines, tools and tests. Furthermore, the description and operation of the paintshop in the Rychvald plant of Omnium Plastic is given, together with the data supplied by the manufacturer on the processing and the resulting properties of the paint. The next chapter describes the practical part of the work, where the three tests carried out to determine the cause of the defect are described and explained. In the last part of the thesis there is a summary and evaluation of the results obtained.
