Vliv řezných parametrů na mikrotvrdost povrchu při vysokých rychlostech řezání

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the effects of cutting specifications on surface micro-hardness during high-speed cutting. These are basic pieces of knowlege in the introduction which are basic cutting concepts and principles during highspeeds. These are cousequently described the advantages, disadvantages and use of HSC technology. It further deals with cutting materials, instruments and machines for this technology. Another point contains information how fixed layers arise after machining , including their measurement and evaluation. The following part contains information designing and carrying out experimental work. Further, measuring and the statistical evaluation of data are gave through. And finally, these is an evaluation and summary of the benefits this work in practice.
