Analýza technologií odstranění otřepu po dělení materiálu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with solving the burrs elimination. These burrs appear after cutting the bellows and pipes. Firstly, the meaning and typology of the bellows are presented, followed by the description of technologies for pipe and bellow production. This is with main emphasis on forming areas. Also, machining and welding are mentioned as the following operations. The die clearance size is experimentally determined to attain a minimum burr area in the cut places of the bellows and pipes. The maximum burr size is also analysed and the reason for this is to compare this size with the burr size attained by another method known as the tumbling method. In the following parts of the thesis, the various manners of deburring are described for the pipe and bellow production involving the company Witzenmann Opava, spol. s r.o. The mentioned tumbling method is also compared to the brushing method. All examined problems are both technically and economically analysed with final results being summarized in the conclusion of this thesis.
