Abstract

Thesis concerns the optimization of stress and kinematic conditions at drawing shape stamping of the left cover of the ventilator with the use of FEM. The introduction describes the existing production technology and experimental evaluation of the formability of the used sheet-metal. For the construction of the optimal shape and size of blank for drawing of the left cover of the ventilator four methods were used. Some alternatives of material for shape stamping were projected and experimentally evaluations were done. The analysis of the simulation of the drawing process of the shape stamping was realized by the software DYNAFORM 5.2 for all blanks and all steels. Some experiments for drawing shape stamping with draw bead and change of critical area on optimal blank were done. Some blank nesting for the optimal blank was designed. On the basis of all outcomes were introduced recommendations conducting to the rationalization of the existing production technology of the stamping.
