Abstract

This Bachelors thesis describes the design of rotary cleaner for conveyor belts. Cleaner is designed for a conveyor belt of a width of 1200 mm with smooth, rubber belt. The final design contains two variants. First variant is cleaner with electric motor. Second variant is cleaner driven by conveyor. Thesis is divided into four parts. First is the introduction of topic, second part is description of variants, third part includes calculations and fourth part is FEM analysis of driving mechanism. Thesis includes drawings and attachments.
