Abstract
The bachelor thesis analyzes the recruitment and staffing of ARMATURY Group a.s. In the introduction, we learn important human resources concepts and gain a basic understanding of the problem. We get acquainted with the characteristics of the company and shortcomings in the company's human resources. I perform an analysis of the labour market, a SWOT analysis of the company's recruitment strategy and an analysis of employee satisfaction. Based on the results of these analyzes, I will propose suitable solutions to strengthen staffing.
