Vlastnosti svarových spojů hliníkových slitin provedených metodami tavného a tlakového svařování

Abstract

This Master’s thesis is concerned with the effect of fusion and pressure welding on the final properties of aluminium alloys. It used hardenable aluminium alloy EN AW 6082. Experimental welds were provided by fusion methods TIG 141 and MIG 131 as well as the pressure method FSW. The first part of this work describes aluminium and its alloys including weldability and suitable welding methods. An analysis of the parental and filler materials and welding methodology was carried out in the second experimental part. This is followed with tests of trial pieces and their evaluation. The Master’s thesis is completed with a discussion of the results and their evaluation.
